You are in a cohort, not on your own. A new group starts every Monday and the board shows you where everybody is. On day six you can see who is ahead, who has stalled, and that a hundred and fifteen people are working the same week you are.

Every day is theory, then execution. Read the thing, then do the thing — and the doing is a named task with a time on it. Day two is defining wholesaling and avoiding the pitfalls, then filing the LLC and applying for the EIN.

Thirty days, and it tells you when you are behind. Six weeks laid out, thirty days tracked, and a running count of what is done against what is left. Fall behind and it says so, and tells you what to skip to catch up.

Every lesson ends in a finished thing. Not “learn about websites”. Log into Apex Vivus, run the wizard, ten to fifteen minutes, and the lesson is done when the site is live at your domain and the lead form has submitted to your CRM. There is a narrator if you would rather listen.

And you hear real seller calls. Four recordings of actual motivated sellers, timestamped. Where the motivation surfaced, where trust turned, and the soft close at 3:10 with no price discussed and no offer made. You cannot learn tone from a script.

Why this lesson matters
Your website is the destination for every ad you will ever run. It has one job: convert a motivated seller who clicked your ad into a lead in your CRM.
Do this now
Log into Apex Vivus. Follow the setup wizard step by step. Do not skip steps. The wizard takes 10–15 minutes.
Watch out for
Do not redesign the page structure. Do not remove the lead form. Do not leave any placeholder text.

4Real seller calls
Week one — the business existsLLC, EIN, operating agreement, business bank account. Your Apex Vivus site live with the pages written. Facebook business manager, page, ad account, pixel installed, domain verified.
Week two — the phone starts ringingWarm the account with engagement and page-likes campaigns before you spend a cent on leads. Five ad angles written. Conversion campaign built, aggregated event measurement configured, launched and confirmed active.
Week three — buyers before dealsFifty buyers on the list before you have anything to sell, with scripts for every channel. Lead intake script written. Three mock seller calls practised against recordings of real ones.
Week four — the dealComps and ARV on your top lead, the four-step MAO protocol, the walkthrough protocol, negotiation without pressure, purchase agreement, repository listing, buyer walkthrough, assignment contract, earnest money.
Then the part nobody teachesTitle is a timeline, not a hope — a daily check-in rule. The preliminary settlement statement reviewed line by line. Wire instructions verified twice. This is where first deals die and where most courses stop.
And then it repeatsPost-mortem on the timeline, three bottlenecks named and fixed, weekly marketing, acquisition and disposition blocks, the buyer list to a hundred, and a second contract already moving.

Built so you are never sitting waiting: filing an LLC takes three to fourteen days and the plan knows it, so while the state has your paperwork you are building the site and warming the ad account. Twenty-eight of the steps run in parallel for exactly that reason.
