Cookie Policy

Effective: June 24, 2026Last updated: June 24, 2026

How we use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel and Google) to run the Platform, measure performance, and deliver advertising — and how you can control them.

01What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies such as pixels, tags, web beacons, local storage, and software development kits (collectively, “cookies”) on the REILink and Apex Vivus websites and apps (the “Platform”). This Cookie Policy is part of our Privacy Policy.

02Why We Use Cookies

  • Make the Platform work and keep it secure;
  • Remember your preferences and settings;
  • Understand how the Platform is used and improve performance;
  • Deliver and measure advertising, including on third-party platforms.

03Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary

Required for core functionality such as logging in, security, and saving your session. These cannot be switched off.

Performance & analytics

Help us understand usage and improve the Platform (e.g., Google Analytics).

Functional

Remember choices like language, region, and layout to enhance your experience.

Advertising & targeting

Used to deliver relevant ads and measure campaigns, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads, and similar tools. These may be set by us or our partners and may track activity across sites.

04Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties that provide analytics and advertising services. Each has its own privacy and cookie policy. They include, among others:

Provider Purpose
Google Analytics / Google Tag Analytics and performance measurement
Google Ads Advertising and conversion measurement
Meta (Facebook) Pixel Advertising, audiences, and conversion measurement on Facebook & Instagram
LinkedIn Insight Tag Advertising and analytics
TikTok Pixel Advertising and conversion measurement
Hotjar / session tools (if used) Usability and behavior analytics

We instruct advertising partners not to collect sensitive or financial deal information through these technologies.

Where required by law (for example, in the EEA and UK), we request your consent before placing non-essential cookies and provide a cookie-preference tool you can revisit at any time. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings — viewing, blocking, or deleting cookies — and through the ad-industry opt-outs at the DAA and NAI. Disabling some cookies may limit functionality.

06Global Privacy Control & Do Not Track

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal where required by applicable law and treat it as a request to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for the browser that sends it. Because there is no common standard for traditional “Do Not Track” browser signals, we do not separately respond to them, but you can use the controls described above.

07Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. We will post the revised version with a new date.
